During this extraordinary time, we hope that you, your loved ones and your colleagues are well. There is no doubt that this situation is impacting many of us in our daily work and life. At the start of 2020, we were faced with much uncertainty surrounding international trade policies. However, few could anticipate the unpredictability we are now experiencing due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout the world.

Please know that we at TAG remain open, available and dedicated to you. In many respects, our operations are business as usual since most of us already work remotely and are equipped with the technology to serve our clients.

As trade credit insurance brokers, we are alert to the significant challenges that unexpected events can have on your business and are committed to working with you to address your coverage needs, claims issues, and renewals with minimal disruption. In an effort to exercise extraordinary caution during this time, our work will be conducted via telephone, email, and online conferencing. We look forward to meetings in person again when the current situation stabilizes.
